Agentship
Take production errors from signal to a governed fix.
Agentship Production Engineering starts with a selected, grouped runtime failure, brings together approved telemetry, release, and repository evidence, and prepares a verified change under the customer's release rules. The solution is available through scoped pilots beginning with one service.
- Repeated occurrences are grouped by fingerprint and release context so one noisy failure becomes one case rather than duplicate work.
- Initial pilots start from one selected SigNoz, Sentry, or OpenTelemetry-backed alert and one configured repository; exact connector coverage is confirmed during scoping.
- A lightweight Django or FastAPI reporter is a scoped integration option, not an AI agent inside the request, and framework coverage is confirmed during pilot scoping.
- Request bodies, cookies, authorization headers, session data, and local variables are excluded from direct application reporting by default.
- Observability tools remain responsible for collecting telemetry while Agentship owns the governed remediation workflow from selected signal through recovery or rollback.
- Customers configure the workflow, system mappings, permissions, and approval rules. Runtime events start work without a customer prompt-engineering or open-chat surface.
